Jasper Thomas Lill, Jr. passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 22, 2018 surrounded by his family. Jasper, affectionately known as Jack or J.T., was born Feb. 22, 1936 in Birmingham, AL to his late parents, Jasper Thomas Sr. and Ina Marie Lill.
