Francis Marion Randall, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. He is predeceased by his parents, Raum Shouse and Lula Myrtle (Pope) Randall. Frank is survived by his children, Sheila G. Hodges (Barry), John R. Randall, Bridget A. DeLoach (David); grandsons, Trenton Hodges (Naomi), Trevor “Cole” Hodges (Erica), Michael B.
