Joseph Edward Dyess, 85, formerly of Opp, Alabama passed away peacefully in his home in Alabaster, Alabama on July 24th. He was born in Elba, Alabama to James Theodore and Annie Merle Dyess June 18th, 1934. He is survived by his wife Rebecca Sue Nolen Dyess, His children James Arthur Dyess, Rebecca Ann Dyess, and Thomas Edward (Brandy) Dyess, and his grandchildren Zachary Thomas Woodard and Kayley Michele Dyess.
