  7. So sorry to hear of the loss of an old friend. Yogi Massey was a special type of a person who knew no stranger. Yogi even had a sandwich named after him at a hot dog stand in Alabaster in the past. I never call him Donald or Don he was Yogi and a friend from THS . I called him a friend for life. To Danny Joe and all the Massey family thanks for sharing Yogi with us all.

  11. He was my dad perfectly imperfect, loving, compassionate, fair as he could be to everyone he met, funny, smart, humble, and never above stopping to talk to anyone who would listen. I always said i feel like i got the very best parts of my dad and mom and i am even more sure today. Thanks to the hosts of friends and family who came and shared their stories about my dad may the legacy of of his life live in the memories of our hearts and may we honor his life by the love we show each other in our community. He was my dad super in his own ways i love him and now have a more motivated reason to see heavens bright city. Love your neighbors, friends, and family take time to share your world with others for its by this way we scribe a legacy in time. May the legacy of christ my dad gave me be scribed on my heart so as others see my lifes story the kingdom of christ is projected and displayed from a humble loving heart bringing glory to my souvern king. My dad never could teach me football but he taught me about jesus and humbly walking to the alter for forgiveness. My dad was my hero and he never knew it….rest easy in the the arms of jesus dad and know im living for the day we can talk again. I love you dad it wont be long. Thank you Lord for your blessings on me!
