Francia D. Alarcón, age 72, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019. She was predeceased by her father, Felix Dominici Mayer; brothers, Felix Dominici Arosemena, Antonio Dominici Arosemena; and sisters, Venus Kilgore (Dominici), Diana Akers (Dominici). Francia is survived by her mother, Berta Luisa Arosemena; her loving husband of 50 years, Noel Leon Alarcón; daughters, Francia Lorena Rowe (Alarcón) (Curtis A. Rowe), Nathalie Jirem Alarcón; son, Noel Raúl Alarcón (Evelyn E. Alarcón); grandson, Caden A. Rowe-Alarcón; granddaughters, Elizabeth S. Alarcón, Isabella K. Alarcón, Arianna V. Alarcón; sisters, Ester Altamirano Domini, Matilde Dominici, Lia Bly, Cecilia Dominici Arosemena, Luz Dominici Arosemena, Gioconda Burdick; and brother, Arturo Dominci Arosemena. Visitation will be held in the chapel of Charter Funeral Home on Friday, November 22, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., followed immediately by a funeral service from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Pastors Ken Stroup and Noel Alarcón will officiate.

The beautiful inside and out woman that offered me unconditional love, when others didn’t know how to love me. Francia, I will see you again when I go home. Enjoy paradise together with our beloved Savior Jesus Christ!
