Fumiko Pickett
Fumiko Pickett, age 91, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021, at home, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born February 2, 1930 in Japan to her parents Shiperu Kurose and Chitzu Ishido. Fumiko is survived by her children, Billy Pickett (Tammy), Susan Westbrook (Capt. Jim Westbrook), Roy Pickett (Cheryl), and Alfred Pickett (Susan); grandchildren, Roddy Pickett, Jeremey Pickett, Eric Westbrook, Susan Kent, Cindy Anderson, Sandy Smith and Zachary Pickett. There will be a Celebration of life held in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, June 24, 2021. A visitation will be held at 10 am followed by a service at 11 am. In Lieu of Flowers please consider donating to the Wounded Warriors Project https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org/ or a charity of your choice in Ms. Fumiko’s name.

I could not have had a better mother.
My heartfelt condolences to the Pickett family on the loss of your mother. Frankie was a special lady and was a fabulous baker. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this time of sorrow. Rest in Peace Frankie.
