Pamela Diane Richards, age 65, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021. She was born in Cairo, IL on December 24, 1955, to Dean and Imie Hazlett, both who preceded her in death. Pamela is survived by her daughter, Jessica McLendon of Louisville, KY; brother, Tony Hazlett (Dinah) of Clarksville, TN; sister, Ruth Ann Guy (Robert) of Knoxville, TN; Ex-husband, Frank McLendon of Calera, AL; step-daughter, Heather Wilson Dennis (Charles) of Clarksville, TN; Toby Green (Lindsey) of Mechanicsville, MD; niece, Elizabeth Couts (Matthew) of Clarksville, TN; nephews, Anthony Hazlett of Clarksville, TN and Jeremy Guy (Laramie) of Knoxville, TN; great nieces Mallory and Allison Couts; great nephew, Hollis Guy; and a host of other family and friends.
