Linda Coleman Davis, age 75, went to be with the Lord and her Billy Saturday, January 11, 2020. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Billy Davis, and her parents, George and Rosetta Coleman. Linda is survived by her daughter, Diane Jones; sons, Billy Davis Jr., and Norman Davis (Ida); grandsons, Bradley Davis (Elizabeth), Richard Davis (Jennifer), and Timothy “T.J” Thomas (Britney); and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her services will be held at the Charter Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Visitation will be held from 10 am to 12 pm immediately followed by a service. Interment will be at Ryan’s Crossing Cemetery.

  1. So sorry to hear about Linda, will be praying for the family. Linda and I lost contact with each other for several years as do a lot of cousin’s but thanks to FB be reconnected about a year ago, we have had several long talks reminiscing from our child hood. Loved her a lot and will miss our talks. Rest in peace sweet girl. Love you cuz….

  3. I met Linda last year and talking with her was a pleasure. She would come to the Senior Center and we would talk. It was fun at Christmas with Elvis. She seemed to be having a great time. She will be missed. My prayers for the family are for God to wrap His loving arms around them and give them comfort.
