Robert M. “Bob” Jones, Jr., age 84, passed on Friday, June 25, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Bob was a jokester who never met a stranger, and who worked in insurance sales most of his career. Preceded him in death was his son, Robert M. Jones, III.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sylvia Alley Jones; daughters, Kimberli K. Jones, Jayme Jones Summers, and Kristie Lee Prokop (Joe); 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Services for Bob will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 3PM in the chapel of Charter Funeral Home with a gathering one hour prior to his Celebration of Life service. Pastor Mike Kheen will be presiding over his service.
