William Allen Carter, age 80, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 in Alabaster, AL. He is survived by his sons, Ricky Carter (Patti) of Pelham, AL, and Tony Carter (Tara) of Jemison, AL; daughters, Lisa Faulkner of Jemison, AL, and Tammy Caldwell (Rocky) of Alabaster, AL; nine grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren; sister, Alice Stills. William is preceded in death by his wife, Eva Carter; parents William and Rosie Mae Carter; brother, James Carter and his son-in-law, Mike Faulkner. There will be a graveside service held in Moores Cemetery at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2020.  Entrusted to Charter Funeral Home.
