On July 17, 2021 at 11:26am William Larry Kines went home to be with the Lord. Larry was born on March 13, 1947 to Ed and Rosamond Kines. He is preceded in death by his mother and father. He was a great husband to Teresa, father to Billy Kines (Tanya) and Janet McLeod (Brandon), grandfather to Mitchell Kines (Brooke) and Drew McLeod and Great-grandfather to Ellie Kines! He is also survived by his sister Sharon Joiner (Jeff) and brother Ed Kines and nieces and nephews, Micah Kines (Amber), Isaac Kines, Eli Joiner (Jessica), Hannah Hutter (Will) and brother-in-law Bennie George (Kami) and nieces and nephews, Lauren George and Colton George and great niece and nephews. He was a long standing member of Revival Center and he retired from Alabama Power. He enjoyed spending time with family, tinkering with anything with a motor and wheels and being by the pool in the summers. He was a friend to everyone who knew him. He had a playful spirit and loved to joke and prank with those he loved. A celebration of life will be held at Revival Center in Vincent on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. Visitation will be from 2-3 with service to follow.
