Franklin D. Reece, age 76, of Harpersville, AL, crossed over Thursday, July 21, 2016. He was predeceased by his son, Richard Dean Reece; mother, Rebecca Reece and mother-in-law, Ruth Hopwood. His survivors include his wife of 54 years, Wanda H. Reece; daughters, Margaret Brockman and Regina Anderton (David Muncher); sons, James V. Brockman, Jr. (Denise), Robert DeLane Reece and Ronald D.
