William Burton Caldwell, 87, of Columbiana, Alabama, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 at the Columbiana Health & Rehab skilled nursing facility, where he had lived since 2019. Prior to that, he resided in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for 30 years.
