Richard “Opie” Overton, age 65, of Vandiver, AL passed away Monday, February 22, 2021. He is preceded by his parents, Denver and Pearl Overton; brothers, Wayne Overton and Denver C. Overton. Opie is survived by his brother, Mike A. Overton of Vandiver, AL; sisters, Elaine Bulger of Florala, AL and Marie Crim of West Blocton, AL; and a host of nieces and nephews.
