Patsy Janice English, age 71, of Montevallo, Al, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Georgia on December 17, 1949 to Henry Hogg and Ruth Hogg both have preceded her. Patsy is also preceded by her siblings Vivian Paradise and Kenny Hogg.
