He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Vera, sons Robert Webb, Jr, Phillip Webb daughter, Loraine (Lori) Webb Spain (Brian); sisters Peggie Higgins (Jim), Alma Tipton (Rich), Claudia Tate (Steve), Holly Fleming, Merry Webb, Jeri Garrett (Larry) Pat Miller (Tim) and brother Jim Phillips (Kay). Of special mention is his nephew, Don Lowery, who was more like a brother for his whole life….
