James “Nick” Nivens, age78, passed away Tuesday April 19, 2022 in Jemison, AL. he was born on February 27, 1944 to his parents, James “Dutch” and Pauline Plyler Nivens, and both have preceded him. He is also preceded in death by grandchildren Chelsea McCord and Dakota Nivens.
