She was predeceased by her parents, Eugene Goggins and Mamie Louise Harris and siblings, Lawrence Seals, Herschel Goggins, Douglas Seals, Gloria Langston, Joyce Smith and William Earl Seals. Her survivors include her children, Marie Bailey and Michael William Bailey (Lisa); siblings, Raymond Seals, Vernell Goggins, Doris Kendrick, Linda Scurlock and Quejette McCormick; grandchildren, Brandon, Jason (Erica), Jeff (Brandi) and Sherrie (Six); 9 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
