Brother Dwight Joyner, age 76, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Sylacauga, AL on July 14, 1945 to James Joyner and Imogene Collum. Dwight is the founder of Grace Chapel Church in Alabaster, AL. He is preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Imogene Joyner and brother, James A. Joyner. Dwight is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joyce Lee Joyner; daughters, Melani Joyner, Kim Joyner Guest (Gray), Dee Dee Joyner Horton (Danny); son, Shane Joyner (Angela); 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday July 23, 2021 at Grace Chapel. The visitation will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m. Dwight will be laid to rest in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Maylene, AL.  Pastor Graylon Guest will be officiating.
