Connie “Cherie” Horton, age 67, of Clanton passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 with her family by her side. Cherie is survived by her loving husband of 7 years, Brian Allen; son, Justin Killingsworth (Brooke); daughter, Renea Lewis (Rodney); granddaughters, Sadie Killingsworth and Ella Killingsworth; grandson, Ryder Lewis; brother, Wayne Horton (Patsy); nephews, Devon Horton (Chasity), Blake Horton (Brandi) and Stephen Foster (Jenny); and niece, Amy Johnson (Tyson) mother-in-law, Willie Allen; sisters-in-law, Cathy Barnett (Wayne) and Kay Hardin (Matt). Services for Cherie will be Tuesday, July 6, 2021 in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Cherie will be laid to rest in Macedonia Cemetery. Marshall Goggins will be officiating service.
