Horace “Ha Ha” Maynard Wideman, age 77, of Irondale, AL, died Thursday, August 20, 2015. Horace’s survivors include his wife of 14 years, Doris Wideman; step-sons, Joseph A. Schill (Wanda), Jay Fredrick Schill (Kate) and James Brantley Schill (Margaret); grandson, Eli Wideman; brother, Bobby Wideman (Betty); sisters, Wanda Shoffner (Bill) and Jan Atkins (Ronnie); sisters-in-law, Sue Brown, Margie Wilhite and Mary Frances Farley; and a host of other family members and friends. A graveside service will be 2: p.m., Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Alabama National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Horace’s name to Bayview Baptist Church, Bayview, Alabama.
