July 5, 1945 – August 10, 2018

Jon, age 73, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018.  His is survived by his loving wife, Robbie Sweeney Statham; daughter, Carol Helms; son, Jon Statham, Jr.; step-sons, Rusty Carter (Dana), Keith Carter, Brian Carter (Beth); and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Visitation will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., followed immediately by a Funeral service at 11:00 a.m., both held in the chapel of Charter Funeral Home.  Brother Melvin Massey officiating. Burial will follow in Still Memorial Cemetery.
