  3. To the family of Col (Retired) Oscar Caylor: I had the pleasure to serve with Oscar in the 167th COSCOM ARNG. He was a great Officer, a great pilot, a great person. May he R.I.P. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

  4. To the Caylor Family, COL Caylor was a great friend and Mentor. He always brought smiles everywhere he went. He has a special place in my heart and we still talk about the good old days and the many flying hours we had together in the old DOR days. He will be missed God Bless

  5. Dad lived what he did. It wasn’t just a job it was a passion. Dad always said if he had to go back and do it again, he wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for being a part of his life.

  6. So sad to see this. Oscar would always treat me with such kindness and almost like a son. He was such a sweet man and I will cherish the time that I had spent with him, Diane and Donna. My heart goes out to all of the Caylor family wishing them peace, hugs and love from afar. God bless.
    Alex-
