Sarah Laverne Jackson passed away on February 5, 2021, at her home. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama, 1 of 12 children born to James Henry and Geneva Rodda. She is preceded in death by son, Dennis D. Jackson. She owned and operated a Barber Shop for 60 years.  She was very outspoken, with a great sense of humor, and always had a funny story to tell. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Jackson, her son, Steven Jackson, her grandson, Terry Jackson, and 2 sisters. She was loved and will be greatly missed.
