Judith “Judy” C. O’Connor, age 66, of Columbiana, AL, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016, at her home. Judy was a graduate of A. G. Parrish High School in Selma, AL, she went on to Birmingham Southern College where she Majored in Psychology. She was a career Law Enforcement Officer, serving 25 years with the Alabama Pardon and Parole Board in such capacity she served 6 years as a member, having been appointed by the Governor and 2 years as Chairman.
