Floyce “Buster” Carter , age 91, of Montevallo, AL, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017. He could take a 5 minute experience and turn it into a 2 hour story. He was a bee keeper. He was a wonderful husband, was greatly loved and will be missed. He was predeceased by son, Hugh Carter.
