He leaves his wife of 66 years, Florene (Williamson) Buchanan, his son, Herbert Dwight and wife Carol Ann, of Seagrove, Florida, his daughter, Kimberly Lynn of Vashon, Washington, one granddaughter, Casey Fromson Banks, husband Peter Banks, and one great-granddaughter, Riley Sierra Banks, of San Francisco, California.
