Jerry J. Hackler, age 84, of Alabaster, AL, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017. He was born in Jackson, MS to the late Newton Jasper “Buck” and Helen Glover Hackler. He graduated from Central High School, he then proudly served his country in the U. S. Army Security Forces. In 1952 he married Martha Jean Griffin.
