David Neal Goggins, age 67, passed away early Thursday morning, September 23, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. David was a Master Electrician and owned Triple G Electrical Services until his retirement. He was a member of the Buck Creek No. 410 Masonic Lodge. He is preceded in death by his parents, Monroe and Eleanor Goggins.
