Steven Carlyle Spears, Sr., age 66, passed away at his home in Montevallo, AL on Sunday, February 12, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Philadelphia, Mississippi to James Kenneth Spears and Plumer Lee DeWeese Spears. He attended Montevallo High School where he proudly played football and baseball.
